Testimonial:  "Beverly Seng is someone you do not want to miss. I have made time to hear her speak on 6 different occasions for 2-3 hours each and I always leave with great information and ideas I can implement right away. She has a powerpoint presentation that documents information about the foods we are consuming that will make you think twice before buying margarine, certain oils, preservatives, etc. Sometimes she just gives the facts and other times she goes into the chemistry of foods and how they break down or change when we freeze, microwave, or otherwise "modify" them. The information she shares is not in any way just for kids with special needs. It is for anyone who wants a healthier lifestyle, more energy, faster processing speed, and even higher IQ/testing scores. . . .I would highly recommend listening to her talk. It will probably leave you wanting more." -- B.C.
