PARTY STAFF

Position.  The C-Zone party staff leads kids ages 4-11 through our fun, hands-on birthday parties.  Duties may include leading or assisting in the hands-on experiments and serving refreshments in the party room.  Our goal is to hire the brightest and the best, and we will pay accordingly.  This is a tremendous opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding, team-oriented company.

Positions immediately available.  Must be willing to work at least one shift every weekend, or two shifts every other weekend. Shifts are Friday 6-8:30, Saturday 11:30-4, Saturday 4-8:30, Sunday 10:30 - 3 and Sunday 3 - 7:30.

Responsibilities.  C-Zone party staff are responsible for assisting in our kid-sized science laboratory by: 

• Entertaining kids.

• Leading kids through science experiments.

• Setting up and straightening up the lab.

• Setting up and straightening up the party room.

Minimum Job Qualifications.  C-Zone party staff must:

• Have a demonstrated ability to inspire, entertain and teach kids.

• Be fun-loving, warm and high-energy, and have a sense of humor.

• Be highly intelligent.

• Have a passion for science and creative thinking.

• Maintain a neat and clean appearance.

• Speak clear English; second-language skills are a plus.

• Have basic computer skills.

• Be a team player.

• Be physically able to perform classroom demonstrations and activities effectively and safely.

• Be physically and psychologically able to maintain a safe, orderly environment with large groups of young children in a highly active setting.

• Consent to and pass a criminal and health background check for working with children.

• Be a U.S. citizen.

• Be at least 16 years of age.

• Be drug-free.
